HOTEL:

The Holiday Inn Orlando East - UCF Area hotel will be available the nights of Friday October 9 and Saturday October 10 at a reduced cost of $119 plus taxes. The hotel is 12 minutes away from the meeting hall. Cutoff date for reservations will be September 9, 2026. Parking is free. Please note that breakfast is not included in the room rate. Guests who wish to add breakfast may do so at check-in:

• Single occupancy with breakfast: $129.00 plus tax per night
• Each additional guest requesting breakfast: $10.00 plus tax per person, per night
• Example:
  3 guests with breakfast: $149.00 plus tax per night
  4 guests with breakfast: $159.00 plus tax per night

CHILD CARE:

Classroom space with activities will be provided for children according to grade level from K to Grade 6. A separate room for mothers with toddlers will be provided. Weather permitting, outside activities may be possible. Since there will be no separate gatherings for junior high and high school young people, we would ask that they attend the conference meetings and be under adult supervision at all times.
